Custom Abutment

After the implant has healed, we are ready to restore the implant with a crown.  An impression is made, and a custom fabricated abutment or attachement is made to fit on top of the implant.  This will eventually hold the final implant crown.  If we are replacing multiple missing teeth, using an over-denture, bars and attachment are custom made prior to making the prosthesis.
