I Am Missing One Tooth

I have SEVERE anxiety, in life, not just at the dentist. I chose this place because they offer sedation dentistry and I am so lucky I found them! I needed a TON of work done from a combination of dentist avoidance and lack of insurance. They got as much work done in each visit as possible under IV sedation. I was so comfortable, they made sure I was okay and warm, and they seemed to make the best decisions for the integrity of my teeth. I also felt no judgement about my past dental care. Strongly recommended.

I have been coming here for around 20 years and have never had even a slightly negative experience. Two of my best experiences: I had all four wisdom teeth removed at once and a filling done under conscious sedation, with very little pain and no bruising afterward. Then I broke a front tooth off some years ago. They got me in within two hours and gave me a temporary veneer. The final veneer is perfectly shaped and shaded. Two orthodontists didn't notice until I mentioned it! The staff also did a lot of work to get the full cost of the veneer covered.

I had a very thorough and professional teeth cleaning. I like that they ask me questions about my health and any changes in my mouth, teeth and gums, followed up with x-rays and an overview with the dentist. Painless and great care given. I also just had my first sedation experience to help with my root canal, and I felt totally looked after. I was a little apprehensive about sedation, but my husband had it many times and said I would love it, and boy I sure did. Try it, you'll like it!

I went for my first visit and found the staff very thorough and professional. The office is clean and well equipped. The cleaning I had done was one of the best ever. I haven't had any dental work done yet but am confident it would be done well.

Lovely clinic! Switching dentists was nerve-wracking for me, but the dentist and staff made it a very pleasant experience. I am now a confident and happy patient of theirs. I just got my first cleaning today, and my teeth have never felt so clean! :)

I recently had a check-up and cleaning and it went very well. Everything is very clean and very modern. They found an old crown that had started to crack and got me in the same day to fix it. Pricing is a little higher than most, but for the service received I think it is fair. Great dentist and hygienists.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Smile Dentistry! I am an out of province skier who was in pain with a chipped tooth. They accommodated me the next day!! The staff are friendly and make you feel so at ease. The dentist was warm, kind and explained everything perfectly!

That was the best experience at a dentist ever, and I have some horror stories. I had a horrible toothache and they got me in right away. I didn't even feel a thing when my tooth was pulled. Everyone was so friendly. I'm making this place my main dental clinic.

Honestly, the best dental experience I've ever had was at Smile!! I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction so I was preparing myself for the worst... however the extraction was performed perfectly and my tooth was out in seconds!! I'm so thankful for a fantastic experience!! And thank you to the wonderful staff that got me in on a moment's notice and assisted with the removal!

This office turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth, easy operation. From start to finish they proceeded with polite and friendly efficiency. They negotiated insurance for us, were flexible about appointment times, and even fit in a follow-up for the nervous patient. My daughter's mouth healed quickly and completely. I'm normally extremely nervous about having work done, but due to great staff and the option of sedation I had a very pleasant experience! I went in for my wisdom teeth extractions and everything went very smoothly. I had never been sedated and had a lot of anxiety around the procedure. Everyone did their best to make it as comfortable as it could be. I would recommend this team to others!

This team is amazing at what they do. I had a fair amount of work to be done which was impacting my life, and the pain was excruciating at times. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years, so as you could imagine, my anxiety beforehand wasn't great. Went in for sedation dentistry to have my childhood silver fillings replaced with white ones and it was an excellent experience. Zero discomfort, completed everything in one visit, and I remember nothing. The dentist and staff are all super friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Pleasant people, very professional, and the optional sedation allowed me to get multiple visits worth of dental work completed in one go. Best dental visit I don't remember ever having had! I've seen some people complain about price, but the cost of one crown done here was significantly less than my last crown at my previous dentist in a different town. I will be coming back here for all my dental needs as long as I live in the region.

The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly and the dentist is a gem! Went in for sedation dentistry, and came out not remembering a thing with amazing results! Will definitely be doing all my future dentistry with them. Highly recommend.

The dentist returned my 2 am message at 5:30 am, diagnosed me by 9:30 am after quick x-rays, and squeezed me in at 11 am for surgery. The team was outstanding with my emergency repair. The staff at Smile Dentistry are professional and respectful, and the facilities are top of the line and very clean. I highly recommend this establishment, as my two dental implants have been feeling great and are on the road to recovery.

I had dental surgery this morning to install an implant for a new tooth. I opted for no sedation. As with my previous appointment for the extraction, I was amazed at how smoothly and painlessly the whole procedure went. I was nervous at the beginning, but the team was very understanding and professional and made the whole experience a positive one. It is now almost 8:00 pm and I have had no need for pain medication. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them.

The dentist and staff are all exceptional. My dental work consisted of a lower dental implant. I chose the sedation treatment and it was the best experience I had ever had. I woke up as if I just had a nap. There was no discomfort and minimal pain. I was always well informed about the procedures, and the fine detail of the work shows. I am so happy with my implant, it has changed my life. I highly recommend them.

My first visit at Smile Kamloops was very good. The whole staff made a nervous patient like me very comfortable. Extensive surgery and root canals as well as extractions were performed quite painlessly, and even the implants were pain free. I have a perfect smile and will return for any more dental work. Phase 1 of my dental implant journey was surprisingly smooth. The initial placement was quick, and the recovery has been manageable. Excited for the final Phase 2! Big thank yous to the dentist and team for getting me in on such short notice and doing such an amazing job. I had three old amalgam fillings replaced with white composite fillings and one crown. The entire procedure, including the crown, took less than two hours. Everything was explained to me very well and I could tell that the dentist and staff are true professionals! It's been two months since my visit and I have had no issues with any of the work done. Highly recommend!

Besides regular dental maintenance - cleaning, cavities, etc. - we have had major work done here. First, they crowned my wife's upper front teeth (eight in total). They look 100% natural and original - she is always being complimented on them. Secondly, the office installed an implant for my two front teeth, which required extensive bone augmentation. After a one year process, the implant was finalized and looks completely natural. The work of this team is impeccable. We highly recommend them to anyone that appreciates precision craftsmanship.

My family and I have been patients here for over 8 years. I have seen many dentists before and had lots of work done and redone, and it was still not done properly. Although my teeth were not an easy case, they fixed them without referral to a specialist. The results of the gum grafts, implants and cosmetic dentistry were beyond my expectations. My family also had lots of work done here, such as complicated wisdom teeth removal and cosmetic dentistry. Every time we go in, we are treated with lots of care.

They always go out of their way to make you feel as if you are the most important patient of the day. Recently I had a dental emergency and found out they were on holidays for the next 10 days...oh no! I left a short message on a Friday evening and was contacted the next day with a plan to tide me over. I had bitten into a hamburger and lost my two front teeth. They got me in the day they reopened, I left with temporary teeth, and a week later the permanent ones were ready. I was amazed. On a rating of one to five... I would give them a 6.

Just returned home from the most positive experience ever at a dentist. Three of my front teeth had to be filled due to chips and wear and I am a very nervous patient. Couldn't be happier with the result and experience. The dental assistant was amazing and made me feel so at ease, and the dentist was so knowledgeable, professional and made me feel very relaxed. I can't believe I am saying it but I actually had fun at my appointment! Highly recommend!
